      Pros

      There is nothing pros actually about this organisation.

      Cons

      Late working hours Salary purposely delay (1 month delayed) No employee welfare Poor management HR and finance department don't care about employees. Don't follow hygiene in the company. Random deduction of salary on some small mistake of employees. Poor client services will affect business. 2 months notice period compulsory serving. Full and final settlement takes almost 75-90 days that too after unnecessary deduction.

      Pros

      Initially it was good environment but not more than a month . if u are showing off and acting as you are thinking about compan's growth then you are can easily fit here but if you are hard worker than if have just struggle only . Negativity has increased because of new joinee and some people who is acting only really care about company and spoon (chamche) of boss and ma'am .

      There are lot of cons I even can't mentioned here all of them. Worst .....

      Pros

      Only i found is just a Stage daring and English speaking gets stronger. It's basically Edtech organisation.

      Cons

      People who are coming from tech background for those this profile is not suitable for long time, travelling is there to schools, no fix timing, early morning 6 o clock ,5:30 am from home , and that time is considered as in working hrs. If u r needy, you are facing some tough time then you can continue.
