Pros

This is a children's store

Cons

Owner and manager are the biggest bullies, they practice the most negative work ethics by humiliating the employees. No is allowed to speak, when need to ask a question is turned down, they talk to you in the rudest manner. I had to quit with 2 hours of their humiliations.

Pros

Nothing. This an awful place to work.

Cons

Horrible managers, they’ll tell you they do their best not to be but they all suck. They sit around doing nothing besides telling every other associate what to do, while they sit on their phones, stand around, or talk to their favorite associates who they let get away with not clocking out on breaks, not doing the hard tasks that most people don’t wanna do, and they let them boss around everyone else. There’s a weird energy in this workplace, the owner doesn’t care how you think or feel because she never asks what could be improved. The owner believes her managers are saints but little does she know they do nothing, they don’t clock out on breaks, they talk about wanting to find other jobs, they’re toxic and demeaning to the associates. And they’re generally lazy, miserable people. She hires young managers who have no proper leadership skills walk around the store with their ego trips while they often mock the other associates and find pleasure in being rude to them. If you stand up for yourself you’ll be fired but I still do so cause I don’t care and I don’t need the money that bad that I’ll allow these people to disrespect me. Oh, and they’ll also expect you to take on janitorial duties.

Pros

If you have kids the discounts And first pic of what comes in

Cons

These are a franchise so I can’t speak to all of the stores but only the one that I worked in. The owners had no idea what they were doing there was absolutely not entirely no training. Every day the rules of what we were buying changed. So you never know what the right thing to do was. People would bring in their stuff for us to sell and we would constantly lose their stuff or forget to give her stuff back to them. The store was very on organized. After Covid hit and we went back to work they did nothing to sanitize the store. They did not put up glass partitions between the cash register and the Customers. They did not require us to wipe down the counters after each transaction or even after each transaction of buying stuff. When a customer would have to sign for their receipt after paying with your card they had to use any oil pan that was laying around that weren’t even sanitized after each use. We had a little carts for customers to use an after customer used it it was put right back without being sanitized. When you try to help the owners they would just shoot you down.
