      People below managers are nice

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment, which is very harmful for everyone. Their policy is hiring many young architects as they are more willing to work overtime (which is the norm there) and sacrifice themselves for their business. Paternalistic culture, not very inclusive and very rigid. Leadership lacks transparency, and communication is often fragmented,confusing and never horizontal. Litterally the dystopia

The directors are often unapproachable, disconnected from the teams, and resistant to feedback, which creates a hostile and demotivating atmosphere. The associate directors lack direction and support, frequently passing their responsibilities down without accountability. This management style results in a lack of clear communication, poor project management, and minimal regard for employee well-being.
