      Legacy brand with clout, new building, best employer in one of the most impoverished counties in Colorado.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional culture, non-merit based, management comprised of sunset professionals waiting for retirement.

      The like minded people you meet there. During my time I worked with some amazing people.

      Cons

      Ever since Covid and the sale of the company to a giant American conglomerate, the company never recovered. It’s not what it used to be and I was deeply frustrated with management during my last year there and I never felt like my salary was a fair reward for the work I did especially as I was increasingly covering the work of the many people that left.
