Large organisation slow to make changes

Office environment isn't the best. No room for progression.

Not many cons. I this I should be making more but I haven't been pushing for and increase.

Tense, toxic, stressful and confusing work environment. No work life balance, health premiums are high, no direction, lean environment and manipulative HR colleagues and management. Processes and procedures are non existent, Hr employees doing jobs for 3 + people. Exhausted and unappreciated staff.

They do not have a policy to keep students after graduation, therefore you'll have to be lucky to find an open position when you graduate if you want to stay.

Pay is slightly low however, this was an entry level position

Subpar pay, far office location, not much growth perspectives

Hard to think of any
