Pros

Various healthcare options, PTO options with rollover and a nice office building.

Cons

Tense, toxic, stressful and confusing work environment. No work life balance, health premiums are high, no direction, lean environment and manipulative HR colleagues and management. Processes and procedures are non existent, Hr employees doing jobs for 3 + people. Exhausted and unappreciated staff.

Pleasent place to be as student

Pros

Very nice colleagues and environment as a first office job. They treat the students very well and there's nice lunch and breakfast. The managers respect your priority is your study, therefore very understandable during exam periods, etc. There are no extra benefits, but have birthday and christmas presents for all employees.

Cons

They do not have a policy to keep students after graduation, therefore you'll have to be lucky to find an open position when you graduate if you want to stay.
