upper management cares more about saving money and "streamlining processes" rather than giving employees the support they need. the HR department got completely overhauled the past 2 years and now none of the HR people care about the employees, only the company. the company brought in outside help the past year and a half, snubbing existing employees who were more qualified for the job, by the way, and all they care about is the business model rather than the fact this is a company that at its core was always about providing a service to customers. Customer complaints have been at an all-time high lately because they also recognize the company is leaning away from helping people and instead towards lining the pockets of the people at the top.

Poor on boarding Too many internal meetings

Leadership and middle management don’t care about employees. They are beyond toxic and want everyone’s world to revolve around job. Hard to get PTO approved, don’t care about work life balance, discrimination against women and minorities is rampant. Only way to get promoted is to be white, a man, or childless.

Micro management is intense. Some supervisors try to intimidate you and are very rude. They gossip about the employees and create a really unhealthy environment. There is no extra help unless they catch you making an error. Pay is way too low for what they expect. Break times are horribly short. No incentives. Just not a good experience. High turnover as well.

Toxic culture. Promotions given to mediocre-performing favorites instead of deserving contributors. Leadership does NOT CARE about employees' welfare or professional growth unless they are among the elite chosen. Focuses almost exclusively on internally catering to ego-maniac white men with little-to-no industry experience or know-how.
