People outside of management are very friendly, hard working and knowledgeable. However, their talents and skills are not used to the full potential.
Cons
Management continues to go through a trial and error process to determine the best way to move the company forward, however nothing ever sticks. You are micromanaged and there is never room for outside ideas, suggestions, or discussions.

Thank you for your feedback and advice. As you know, we have begun working on formal processes and internal systems to support these processes. It is still a work in progress, but I think we're headed in the right direction. As for expressing frustration, you should know I am frustrated with myself. Rather than expressing my frustration, I will do a better job at asking for help before reaching that point.

Workers value each other and form strong personal relationships. Ability to gain customer facing experience with some tough to penetrate user groups.
Cons
Extreme lack of communication through organization. Lack of consistent direction. Need to update technologies used during development. Staff do not have all of the tools necessary for success. Too much time spent tweaking the business plan instead of executing it. Business model is not sustainable.
