Pros

Working with other knowledgeable and inspiring clinicians, making an impact on patients lives, remote working, annual leave

Cons

Low salary and lack of opportunity to increase your salary, long working hours (40 hour week and they’re resistant to change this), too many patients per day, your feedback not taken seriously and often feels management is not listening or doesn’t care, saying patients are priority but shorter calls and bigger caseloads suggest otherwise, lack of breaks, lack of casual team interaction, have to work time back to go to the doctors, back-wards thinking from management leaving to high staff turnover, work log to account for 100% of your day

Pros

- Worked in a lovely team that genuinely wanted to make a difference to people’s lives - Medicash (Healthcare) - Amazon vouchers for Christmas etc. - Would sometimes get £5 towards a hot drink

Cons

- Underpaid - Training was very stressful and was expected to know everything really quickly - No option to go into the London office - No funds towards socialising with team members - Negative and draining environment to work in - I had 3 managers in the 6 months I was there

burnt out and over worked

Pros

remote working, colleagues are all wonderful, good to experience talking to clients and customer service skills, good first job into nutrition industry to gain clinical experience

Cons

hitting patient facing targets can be done but you will feel burnt out, they give you more admin tasks to do but don't give you time to do it, you get no time in the day to reschedule calls if you have annual leave or emergency appointments you have to work back the hours you missed in the day, coaches are scared to take annual leave. taking annual leave means more workload when you come back
