      Pros

      Several friendly and hardworking people in most departments

      Cons

      "Crossfunctional team" was a popular internal term, but dysfunctional would have been more accurate. Favoritism ran rampant and a lack of forethought led to passion projects being addressed before business needs. Many in leadership seemed stuck on an unsuccessful lifestyle brand that was arguably launched based on ego.

      Pros

      The products are awesome. Most of the people are really passionate.

      Cons

      Pay is just below where it should be. HR is a train wreck, but the biggest problem is the CEO. He's a cranky old man, out of touch with anything that affects the worker. He brags about his 100k car constantly and only makes decisions to save his own skin.

      Th people here are the reason you will like coming into work everyday

      The management lacks transparency with employees, there are lot of changes on the business side happening. Lack of resources is not acknowledged by the CEO at all
