Pros

Parking (if you have a car) Location

Cons

As someone has mentioned already, if you do not have appropriate knowledge you might be promoted. If you are qualified they will try to get rid off you, because they are afraid due to their lack of qualifications. It is a good working place for professional DEGRADATION. HR - Human Repressions (do not care about employees at all). You can find here some responses of HR asking to contact them if you have any issues. Do not do that! You will be sacked! It used to be a good company until new HR staff arrived who spoilt everything. Management and leadership do not have relevant qualifications and knowledge. CEO has been changed 3 times within 4 years => clear indicator what kind of problems they have. I cannot recommend this employer.

Pros

-Most of the Mid to Low colleagues are nice and helpful -Getting paid on time -Nice central Hove location with free parking

Cons

-The whole company is run on such a big culture of fear. Most of people working in there live afraid to lose their job at some point. -People are getting sacked for using the internal messaging service. And also personal conversations in that tool are being read without informing those who are affected. -It is incredibly hard to get things done. Some people in management make you think that they do not want Campaigns to go Live and want everything to be on hold forever (specially if you are not from their closest team). It's easy to see why most of the good managers last less than a year working in the company. -Compliance department are rude an unprofessional. If they do not have the knowledge about something, they prefer to hold back your whole project rather than finding out if it can be done or not. -Massive differences on they way you are treated and on your chances to be promoted depending on your nationality. -HR Department rather than help you prefers to stay on the side of the unprofessional people that run the company. -A terrible obsession to pretend they are not a gambling company when they actually are one.

We’re sorry to hear that you aren’t finding your time at Panserve enjoyable or rewarding. There are always improvements we can make as a company and feedback is always taken seriously and where possible acted upon and rectified. We can’t comment on cases regarding employment of individuals or the reasons behind any investigations. Although, we do acknowledge that Customer Service is central to our operation and as such it’s important that we deliver the best possible service to customers of the Marathonbet brand whom we support. We would encourage anyone who feels they need further support to speak with their line manager or contact the HR department directly and we will be happy to help in any way we can.

Pros

Nothing good to say. Some staff members were awesome though.

Cons

CEO and Directors have no idea what is going on, they think they are experts in all areas of the business so don't listen to the Department managers or anyones advise. The now CEO is a frightful woman who everyone fears, its pretty much like a school playground mentality if you look wrongly or say something that she doesnt agree with your out, that was the same from the last CEO, both Russian coincedence?? Hated working there for 4 years gave my all, blood sweat and tears was such a valuable member got no thank you for any work I performed.
