- Great family atmosphere, where every birthday or big achievement gets celebrated. - Flexible time, so it does not matter if you are an early bird or like to come to the office a bit later, that is all possible here. - Careerwise you cannot get stuck, because you can improve yourself in many areas. The company has also a process for a personal development, which enables you to grow. - colleagues from all over the world - Management is always trying to inform everyone in the company about the current status (we also took time to have strategy days and team building outside of office). - suggestions to improve the company are really considered - free beverages
Cons
- Not suitable for persons who prefer to work individually, it is a more team-based approach. - Because we are young and growing we sometimes lack structure or structured processes.
