Toxic, Please Stay Away

Pros

Some of the ops folks are real salt-of-the earth people.

Cons

Private equity took company to a really bad place. Execs fired in droves, and some people literally escorted from their desks to the parking lot, crying. Told we had health insurance, then had to cancel surgery appointments because "oops, we didn't transmit your dependent data". No joke, the president / CEO actually died after only 6 months on the job, chaos ensues.

Pros

Newer office space, good location and restaurants nearby. No pros with the company or job.

Cons

If there were no stars that would be the rating. Unprofessional 'management'. Unethical behavior towards employees, not accepting of different cultures and backgrounds. Rude people, terrible benefits, expected to work yourself into the ground for nothing. Absolutely zero work life balance unless you are a favorite. No appreciation whatsoever, no end of the year bonus or title as promised, unethical firings throughout the company as a whole. People with little to no experience allowed to get away with unimaginable things. Toxic.

Pros

New office is near Perimeter Mall. Lots of windows. Depending on the team you are on, some allow work from home days or remote options. This is the perfect place for you if you love drama, getting stabbed in the back by co-workers, love being overlooked for your hard work by management, and generally love being thought of as stupid.

Cons

If you see a good review posted on this thing, then you know it was written by a new employee, someone in upper management that is struggling to get people hired or one of the CEO's direct reports. There is ZERO importance on how employees are treated - management is all about how much they will make when the company finally sells. The only opportunity to be promoted is if you kiss up to management. If you disagree with anything management says, even if you are careful how you present it, you might as well pack your bags. All they are looking for are "yes" people and robots. Management are "friends" of the CEO and the fact that these people are under qualified for the position they have and have bad management skills is overlooked. Their philosophy is let's hire people we know so we can share the wealth and keep the circle tight, not let's hire someone with the best qualifications for the job. Everything that was great about this company no longer exists (employee functions, weekly/monthly gatherings and updates, good people and management).
