      It's all a facade

      Pros

      The software is awesome and a lot of R&D is put into the product

      Cons

      Pega APAC Management operate a 'boys club' culture where bullying is acceptable and HR turn a blind eye. They proclaim to be a 'great place to work' and tick the boxes but don't actually follow through on their promises. You only need to look at the staff turnover to see that facts speaks volumes.

      Reasonable pay Moderate extras Flexibility if you aren't an onsite personal

      Cons

      Heavily bonus based, no control of utilization within control of employee. Very cult like, and don't like to be called out. Misogynistic managers who will try to cover this with false interest. Conditions and entitlements vary greatly between zones. Not disability friendly Low utilisation with very low expectation of work load increase

      Comradery and support between workmates Generally the people there are very nice and supportive Competitive salary and benefits

      Cons

      Too many restructures and middle management changes Exec leaders do not receive feedback well. Always seeking feedback but nothing is actioned...mostly talk, little action. Blind to covert bullying and build up of toxic environment. Staff turnover is quite high
