      Pros

      Coworkers are nice, cash bonus if you meet monthly goal

      Cons

      Very shady business tactics from CEO, takes money out of your paycheck for "bonuses" without your consent. Management is very disrespectful to sales, sales are the ones who make ALL of the money for the company and are treated very poorly. Miscommunication and power struggles all throughout office. Facilities are gross and do not accommodate for 30+ female employees (employee bathroom has 2 stalls, CEO has private bathroom). During "peak season" you are required to work over 10 hours a day, no lunch break, no bathroom breaks, no breaks at all. Also during "peak season" you aren't able to take off work, even for an emergency like a death, surgery, or illness. SO CHEAP!!! Lastly, CEO states there are no opportunities for growth within the company.

      Great weekly bonuses for sales

      Cons

      Management talks down to you and thinks they are better than you. If you dont understand something they make you feel dumb when you ask questions. Avoid working here at all costs.

      Family Atmosphere Teamwork Rewarded for hard work Fun Fulfilling - knowing you're ultimately making kids happy!

      Cons

      Not a con, really, but hard work is part of the culture here. Pull your weight and it's an awesome place to work, slack off and you don't belong.
