The CEO is literally the worst thing about this company. He dehumanises and treats you with little respect. Had to do an errand for him and couldn’t figure out a problem, asked him for advice and he just didn’t bother to help but said no one else had a problem with this. It was the littlest of problems but still didn’t bother. Besides that he treats his PAs like dogs, a few of them quit less than a month due to his I’m never wrong attitude and constant belittling. He also is not nice to his current employees and i sincerely hope that they can find better and healthier jobs and quit. The company is crumbling as we speak and frankly, it’s all because of him. Did i forget to mention low pay but workload is crazy? Value your mental health and not apply here.

The CEO. The unfair treatment among others as well as the language used is terrible. On top of that, the manipulation and the game of pitting one colleague against another is an awful way to meet goals, and you wouldn't really realize it until you leave the company. Over time I notice that while the CEO emphasizes about helping more people, he fails to even be charitable in his own backyard. Loyal employees who have been there for years have rarely been appreciated or promoted, or even be given a fair salary, with many others being severely underpaid. There is clear favoritism in the company where people are not fairly appreciated Plus, the way he treats his PA is so appalling, I've seen some of them break down in tears because of the workload and the way they were being treated.
