run like a circus, the CEO is the ringmaster and the COO is the dancing bear in the background but you are confused on why he is there. Add in the others they have hired and you have a self serving leadership team who is out for themselves and think they are on top of their game. It is a mix of 3 cultures and they will use the acquired company until they extract the information and then lay you off. HR lacks integrity and will jump when the COO says how high.
