      Pros

      Small teams that work quickly. Startup atmosphere. Helpful teammates.

      Cons

      Overwhelming workloads and hours at work. No Project Management team only managers and senior managers. No training or growth opportunities so you better know what you are doing and do it fast. Also, you have to wear many hats/responsibilities (could be a pro.)

      onsite presence five days a week; however, it offers exceptional flexibility, reflecting Persimmon’s commitment to putting people first. The benefits package is outstanding, including company-paid medical deductibles of up to $3000 for individuals and $6000 for families. Additionally, the company provides generous paid time off and a 401(k) plan with a dollar-for-dollar match of up to 5%.

      Not a negative, things chance so fast it lacks process in some areas, These are pains for any growing company and Persimmon is growing at a rapid speed

      High turnover; no decision making; no empowerment; no change. No loyalty to employees. Company is a mess.
