      - Relaxed office that is very creative - Everyone is beyond nice and fun to work with - Exciting projects - Opportunities to experiment and grow your own skills

      Cons

      - Sometimes projects come with unrealistic turnarounds but management is great at delegating to other members of the team where possible

      -Great opportunities to get stuck in creative projects with some of the biggest brands around. -Self driven independent structure. You can get as much out of your job as you put in. -Lively office with a bunch of unique interesting characters, everyones passionate about their position and usually have personal projects outside work too.

      Cons

      -Still a growing business so an understanding of growing pains and willingness to communicate through ebbs and flows of busy stressful times. -Casual atmosphere means some people may take advantage of this can cause frustration within the team. -Current office gets very cold in the winter...

      - open plan office makes everybody feel welcome and doesn't shut anybody out - lovely team of people, all very friendly with a shared vision and humour - MD leads by example with honesty and openness - never a boring day in the office! - collaborative environment which leaves time for education, even for lower level employees who are wanting to learn more about the industry - great environment for creatives

      - bit loud in the office sometimes
