No support from head office Bait you with a bonus scheme and then introduce conditions two months before you're due to receive your bonus, ergo bonus withheld People that speak up against head office appear to mysteriously leave the company Higher management impossible to get hold of Head office doesn't work weekends so staff are left to fend for themselves if something goes wrong Underpaid Undervalued Treated like vermin High turnover rate in management No real training given Higher management plays favourites Managers scared to speak up for fear of losing job Understaffed Made to compete with other stores in the company and publicly shamed on teams meetings No recognition for achievements Emails to head office or higher management usually get ignored One/two people run a store support email who work hard but they are literally the only support you get and are limited in what they can do aside from forward your email onto someone else
