Management is quite egoistic and refuses to take ownership of mistakes, oftentimes bullying staff into feeling bad for actions that they did not take or were told to take by the management itself. A lot of bad mouthing done by management, both about staff and other management, resulting in a very distrustful environment and a lot of backstabbing. Severely underpaid staff. Management can be quite sexist at times, sometimes going to the extent of secretly hollering at females in the workplace. Management operates on a "bad strategy, no execution" basis, often resulting in unhappy customers and the staff having to appease these customers but nothing else can be done due to decisions bottlenecking on the management's end.
