      Pros

      Matthew was extremely visionary in his approach to finding me , what has turned out to be my ideal job. He thoroughly read my CV and saw the opportunities there for me. I am now very happy in my new role in a special needs school teaching Food Technology.

      Cons

      I cannot think of a single problem. Communication was always great.

      Pros

      I found it really easy to communicate my needs and felt very heard. I'm very happy with where I am and got placed into a school very quickly.

      Cons

      a friend of mine really hated how she was treated by them and felt ignored. I also feel like it was quite easy to get the job which led to a mixed bag of people who work for them.
