Company is hiring and firing due to mismanagement of their funds and people. They are in the middle of laying off the tax advisors that they just hired within the last year due to growing too big too fast. But instead of taking the responsibility for their business development mishaps, the company is laying off good people just after hiring them blaming the new employees for lack of performance and lack of billiable hours when the management of the offices aren't handing out billable work to be done by the remote cloud team.
