      Pros

      Interesting range of games to work on. Great team, lots of great knowledge sharing and upskilling opportunities. High standard of work. Mandatory 1hr lunch break & no expectation for overtime.

      Cons

      Review processes and feedback hierarchy is pretty disorganised, lots of last minute changes and overlapping priority requests.

      Pros

      competent management that are passionate about the product and also care about employees, well financed, interesting projects with lost of opportunities to expand your skill set, good culture and generally fun. best games company i have worked for so far.

      Cons

      overtime is not forced but depending on timelines i sometimes do it voluntarily. Drinking culture is not too excessive but might be more than some people want. we may be doing some work with NFT's so that might be a negative depending on your views on them

      Pros

      Some of the most exciting projects to work on coming out of Australia right now. Refreshingly opposed to overtime (and the admittance it's caused by poor management)... it rarely happens, and when it it does it's paid and must be tracked/approved. Great people and great culture, highly social and friendly place to work. Really cool office in a great location.

      Cons

      Average pay, not really any bonuses or benefits. Whilst most departments are scaling with growth & the amount of projects, others are falling short on staffing and get strained.
