Cons
The CMO is a tyrant and the CEO and COO allow him to get away with treating people like dirt under his feet. If you aren’t a yes man, you’re out. The COO also openly stated that she was okay with a high turnover rate because it meant they were pushing people. They are an absolute joke and everyone who has worked for them has the same opinions, to the extent that several of us are still friends years later after trauma bonding together.
