Pros
The job is easy to learn; it is easy to get into, if you meet their criteria; they tell you what they expect of you when it comes to job performance; there is flexibility when it comes to your schedule; and, just as long as you are doing exactly what they want you to do, the way they want it from you, you will have freedom and will be treated kindly.
Cons
It's controlling, they control everything; they are low-key discriminatory; behind closed doors, there is tension between the workers that isn't shown to the public; if you feel like you have been treated unfairly, there is virtually no way that you can do anything for yourself; and, you basically have no rights and they get to treat you however they would like.
