      Pros

      I had the pleasure to work for Polar for a year, the owners not only were open to hear proposals but also they created a very friendly and professional work environment. Everyone that works there is very lucky because opportunities appears constantly.

      Cons

      If i must mention something negative would be that sometimes we had a lot of work to do, but you should see an opportunity to learn more during those times.

      Strong emphasis on team work and communication. Management encourages resilience and self-sufficiency by giving lots of responsibility and independence with a minimal yet encompassing and reliable level of support.

      Cons

      As part of a small team selling internationally everyone carries a great load of responsibility. The hours are long and much is expected of you.
