Pros

Good PTO and Health Benefits. Some really nice people on the team to work with.

Cons

High turnover makes it so there is not a lot of continuity in the processes, and adds to the already high level of disorganization. Senior level people are not involved in day to day processes and this keeps them very disconnected from whats actually going on. Trying to pass off a whole AI narrative for stuff thats half built and not a validated need in the market. A lot of the stuff has already been covered in other reviews.

This is difficult to hear. Regarding the point on padding reviews, we simply invited the team to provide their genuine perspective, whatever that might be. The feedback about the gap between leadership and day-to-day operations hits home, and I won't offer excuses. I own that. Zohar (CEO)

Talented people, but poor leadership creates a challenging environment

Pros

There are genuinely talented people across teams. The product space is interesting and evolving. You can gain exposure to many areas because teams are small.

Cons

Leadership micromanages and makes major decisions without planning or input. This includes tool changes, process shifts, and strategic pivots that create confusion and rework. Promises made during hiring are not always honored. For example, fully remote roles have been shifted to mandatory in-office expectations without clear reasoning. Very high turnover. Constant hiring, firing, and resignations make it difficult to build momentum or maintain stability. Low morale across the company. Employees often feel frustrated, undervalued, and uncertain about direction. Lack of diversity and inclusion. Leadership does not prioritize building a diverse team or creating an inclusive culture, and it shows throughout the organization. Inconsistent standards and uneven treatment. Policies (like office requirements) are not applied uniformly, which contributes to mistrust.

Thank you for the honest feedback. The talented people you're describing are something we're genuinely proud of. The concerns around leadership, communication, and consistency during a period of rapid growth are things we've been actively working on and we know that rapid change, even when necessary, can erode trust if not handled well. On turnover, Port moves fast and that's not the right fit for everyone, and we respect that. What we do want is for the people who are here to feel valued and supported, and clearly we haven't always gotten that right. We appreciate the work you put in. Port Team

Pros

Fast-paced startup environment with exposure to different areas of the business Opportunity to take on responsibility quickly

Cons

No commuter benefits for employees withpublic /ride-sharing transportation. High turnover across teams, which impacts continuity and team stability Onboarding process was very short (around two weeks), making it difficult to fully ramp up Many internal processes were unclear or not well-documented Leadership decisions, including management changes, lacked transparency Communication challenges: team meetings and side conversations were often conducted in a language not understood by everyone in the room, which created an exclusionary environment Management style was overly intrusive and at times crossed professional boundaries, including inappropriate questions about personal matters Limited HR support or clear escalation path for workplace concerns Relocation experience was difficult: after moving, the work environment did not match expectations Contract terms (including a financial penalty for leaving early) made it hard to exit despite concerns Payroll/tax handling issues after relocation were not resolved when raised

Thank you for the detailed feedback. On onboarding, Port moves fast and we know that creates a steep ramp for new hires. That's something we keep improving, not something we accept as fixed. The broader concerns you raised, around transparency, communication standards, and support when things get hard, are ones we've heard and are working on. We're sorry the experience didn't reflect the opportunity that brought you in. Port Team
