Pros
Generous vacation and time-off package. Employees are genuinely nice to work with.
Cons
Founders lack communication skills and do not show respect towards their employees. They've been given this feedback on numerous occasions, but show no signs of changing. Founders are not dedicated to education. They would much rather work on their own personal non-education projects, which share the same space and resources as their education program. No real workplace culture. Most just work in silence and leave. If you're a contractor, they will try their hardest to pay you minimum wage.
