Invests heavily in those with interest. Good sense of community among team members. Fantastic benefits, above average pay and profit sharing

Pros

Great place to work life balance. For the people and willing to drive their Team Members to success. It's not just about the business but its also about the people who work there.

Cons

Depending on your commute to Home Office, it's a far drive, especially by the train tracks.

Pros

Can be a fun environment. Excellent benefits, bonus distribution, restaurant on site and free parking.

Cons

Initially the culture was excellent, although rules on wfh were strict, even when ill. Sick time is minimal and doesn't cover the needs of the team members. Many cliques and a general feeling of unease when people are let go. The culture has changed.

Pros

Benefits, pension, great colleagues, team member support.

Cons

We have a new VP. A former Walmart executive. He has decided to slash hours to pay for the mistakes of our incompetent CEO. Our CEO has made numerus mistakes. The team is about to implode. Part time team members are leaving in droves.

Pros

Sometimes they value people Profit Sharing Benefits

Cons

Pay Management - Store leaders don't do any work themselves they sit in the office all day and have no idea what is going on on the sales floor VPs and District leaders treat store team members horribly. They demand perfection but cut hours in half. It's up to front end team members to handle every "idea" this company has and they get paid minimal. The district leader goes into stores and tells leaders to micromanage their teams which is against the companies values. They have unrealistic expectations and staff are working overtime for free to get stuff done while other people can do whatever they want to.
