Initially the culture was excellent, although rules on wfh were strict, even when ill. Sick time is minimal and doesn't cover the needs of the team members. Many cliques and a general feeling of unease when people are let go. The culture has changed.

We have a new VP. A former Walmart executive. He has decided to slash hours to pay for the mistakes of our incompetent CEO. Our CEO has made numerus mistakes. The team is about to implode. Part time team members are leaving in droves.

it was extremely disorganized and dysfunctional in terms of management and the way that the training was done. For example I was hired as cashier and then got training as a retail sales associate for farm, only to then be placed in surplus. Additionally I only got training for 1 day which was fairly inadequate given the switching of roles multiple times without consent from me. All of this made working unnecessarily stressful.

Management spends time in office all day with the door locked. Abusive environment. Multiple employees have been reported for sexual harassment including the store manager but HR does nothing. Store manager was sleeping with the Restaurant manager which ended his marriage and the restaurant.
