      Cons

      Private Capital Group has a hostile and toxic work environment. The co-founder, Ben, lacks the ability to care for his employees which will ultimately drive the company to the ground. Beware of gossip and whispering and don’t be surprised when yelling and screaming is heard from the opposite side of the office.

      Pros

      There are so many opportunities to grow within the firm. Such an interesting industry. Everyone at PCG is willing to work together, answer questions and make time to help. Ben Kille is approachable, kind and always available to mentor and lend a hand when needed. I felt like I always had a voice and truly believed I contributed to the success of the firm. Great place to work!
