Pros

If you recently graduated school and looking to get some experience PSCL might be a place to do that. You will gain some experience working with the legacy systems. Around 80% of codebase is written in VB6.

Cons

The company went through a heavy transition period during which senior staff either left or were laid off. This resulted in huge knowledge gap and a large drop in morale within the development team. Too many managers created a highly charged political atmosphere within PSCL. Employees are constantly blamed for the lack of performance and inability to deliver the grandiose vision of the company. As a growth strategy PSCL chooses to undersell and takes every project thrown at them while having no human or financial capital to deliver. To make matters worse the projects specifications are poorly communicated. While working in PSCL, your salary will almost certainly to stay the same for years, so make sure you do a good job at negotiating it during the interview process.

Pros

They are one of the few places that hire more junior developers. You can build your career up here.

Cons

They happily keep employees that make sexist jokes directly at other coworkers, yell people down in meetings, and make racist jokes. They will even defend those employees and do not force them to apologize or provide any repercussions for it. Management asked inappropriate questions about pregnancy plans to employees, too. Additionally, they pay below market, and they will play favourites. You should not expect any promotion, any advancement, and any real substantial pay raises from what you initially negotiate. Their management is utterly out of touch with reality when it comes to industry best practices, actual soft skills needed in management, and the needs of their staff. The owners hire their friends and step on staff who speak up in the face of bad ideas. Their code is still mostly in VB6, and they're bleeding talent left and right. The technical debt there is staggering to fathom. Supposedly this used to be a really great place to work, but it declined a lot from when I started until when I quit.
