Pros

It’s a job so a consistent check is better than none.

Cons

Multiple changes to say the least. They do not care about their employees. Enforced hybrid schedules while others are able to be remote. The company treats each department differently, it is not the same across the board. Morale is extremely low while leadership continues to gaslight their employees. More work less pay. Multiple layoffs.

Pros

Nice enough people, good support

Cons

Calling 30 people a day and telling them their rent is going up is a rough gig. This is one of the companies buying up all the single family homes and turning them into rentals. Evil business model.

Pros

- None, not much really

Cons

- Terrible leadership - No growth opportunities - No actual business plan - Sells they’re helping affordable housing, but they’re actually a fake PR scheme making it worse - Toxic culture
