Direct Coworkers are amazing at the Collide branch.
Cons
Doesn’t actually care about taking care of their employees. Will excuse pennies for a raise by blaming it on budget and call it a “merit” increase. Toxic executive management. Uneven accountability. Micromanagement. “Fast paced” means you’re doing the work of at least 3 people because “lean production” is where it’s at. You’ll be running projects worth over a million several times a year and being paid 20-30k less than market value for the skill set. Will fabricate reasons to fire people if the right people don’t like them. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.
