Pros

My time at Protocol has been brilliant. I've been given the opportunity to move around teams and progress professionally. The SLT and management team are always on hand to help with anything I need support on and are consistently looking for ways to improve the business... it has recently been announced that we are moving to a 4-day working week, which will do wonders for everyone's work-life balance. I was made to feel welcome from day 1 and have been able to go to events all over the country. All in, great company to work for!

I have been at Protocol for almost 2 years now. The management team are very supportive regardless of your job role. I have made some great friends since working at Protocol and we all add our own contribution in different ways to make the office a fun working environment. Protocol offers great career progression and line managers are always supportive, Jo in particular is great. Management are always looking for additional benefits, one of them now being a 4 day working week!
