After recent downsizings, unsure about their current direction. Did not receive concrete guidance in my last year about really anything, but chalking that up to the decision to lay off employees (myself included) had been made already. Until then I received a lot of support from my management team.
Going thru a culture change, Lots of reorgs. You could land in the wrong area and be a part of a lot of chaos and uncertainty. Or hired by someone who ends up being laid off.
