No work life balance, management does not listen.

My experience is likely not representative of the Org as a whole. Shortly after being hired it started to become clear that what the company thought the job was is not what I'd thought the job was. The software I was asked to demo during the interview I never even had to install on my system. The work was also laser focused on billables with very little beyond the contract currently being worked on in view. Made for a very "Well I have work for now, who knows about the future" kind of cadence. I A lot of this is just down to the odd style the company's run. It's had the same senior management for decades and that glacial pace of movement shows.
