      Pros

      Most of the employees are helpful because they are freshers and their employee rotation frequency is quite high!

      Cons

      Internal politics and higher management will not allow to see your growth and would fire you anytime they want. If you don’t give opportunities, then they will start micromanaging you and would try their best to create opportunities to fire you.

      Great colleagues to work with. Lot of projects to get involved in. Nice office. Opportunity to move around in the organisation if interested.

      Cons

      Management is focused on micro managing the employees. Non existent leadership and most of the time focussed on blaming others.
