-If you're a fresh grad. Go for it. -Experience tons of job roles. -Cool office.

-Your job title isn't your job. -Bad management. -You'll be thrown to any job even if its not what you applied for. -Doesn't work if you have a clear career path in mind. -Low salary. -Archaic processes. -I had anxieties every shift and no one will check up on you.
