Wonderful group of people to work with. Everyone there is very kind and open to suggestions. Couldn't have worked with a better group of people. Nobody ever makes you feel dumb for having questions and they're all very approachable and willing to help out. They're open to requests to pay to attend conferences or to advance learning. Extremely flexible work schedule with generous time off. The work culture is heavy on maintaining a positive work life balance.
Cons
No real pathway to streamline change. There were times that suggestions were desired by upper management to implement company-wide, but nothing comes of it. Communication between teams can be lacking at times. Pay is low, but they're up-front about it. Company-wide decisions feel haphazard and impulsive, at times.

Regarding compensation, we encourage prospective candidates to consider the full picture: our pension, generous vacation, and holiday package, and other benefits combined with base pay, often exceeds comparable market positions when evaluated as total compensation. We want people to stay their entire career and our compensation package is designed to encourage that.

Organizational changes are difficult, and we genuinely empathize with those affected by recent workforce reductions. These decisions were not made lightly.
Like many organizations across our industry, we've had to make difficult decisions to ensure long-term sustainability and continued service to the thousands of users that depend on us. Providing one month of notice and pay was intended to offer affected employees time and resources during their transition—a step many organizations unfortunately cannot provide.
We remain committed to supporting both our current team and those transitioning, and we welcome the opportunity to discuss concerns directly. We wish all former colleagues well in their next chapters.
