Where do i start, this place has gone downhill significantly since I joined. The culture of care is gone, I've seen about 6 people in the business not make probation, instead of supporting them in their deficiencies the business eliminates them. I've also watched a good friend of mine who is a brilliant engineer get managed out by a manager who I would classify as a bully. I've watched two rounds of redundancies happen and some fantastic talent depart because of mismanagement. My advice do not work here and if you do either get out. The grass is greener elsewhere.

The workplace lacks collaboration, with little to no training or onboarding support. There’s an unspoken expectation that new employees should already know everything, which creates a high-pressure and isolating environment. Internal systems and tools are consistently faulting and difficult to understand, and support from within the organisation is minimal. It’s certainly a sink-or-swim culture, where you’re left to figure things out entirely on your own. Recent redundancies have only made things worse, with decisions appearing reactive and poorly thought through, adding to the instability and low morale.
