Pros
- you will have a little work-life balance compare to any other construction company because here just a sub-contractor company and if you are good at managing your work time. of course every month there will be a task due with a strict date but since no OT be given, you can go back according to office hours - good work environment, all employees are nice and supportive
Cons
management problems - employees are given a 2-year contract where you will feel the benefits after a year of work. annual leave is given only 10 days (once a month) - no OT, so if you have a lot of work, you need to complete it without OT - wage gap between races, wages between Malay and Chinese staff are different even if they in the same rank no career growth - as a qs, this is not suitable since their expertise is only in waterproofing. so the job scope as QS is quite limited and repetitive work
