Cons
The owner has no integrity, not a man of his word. He is a micro manager and will destroy the company if things don’t change. In my five months of employment, there were four HR/Payroll specialists - two quit and one was fired. The turnover is mind blowing. Even while I was happily employed, I would NOT bring anyone I knew to fill one of the several vacant positions because this company is a wolf in sheep clothing, promising things with no intentions. It all comes back to integrity. I hope this review proves to be helpful.
