Initially when you join them it seems good for couple of weeks to be working from home , thats over with in 2 weeks , nothing else. ...
Cons
Bunch of non professional looking to have free work done, Every month 8-10 employees are fired / removed from teams/ whatsapp etc. They make you sign a tricky contract and their useless lawyer will follow-up for every minor query referring to your contract , even this guy attended meetings with technical reviews of the product being on mute . Salaries are paid in installments and delayed upto 2 months and Their manager Ayesha will keep on posting work updates with any reply to salary requests

Lots and lots of castles in the air. Can't think of any other pros
Cons
Unrealistic ideas Inexperienced and non professional management Rampant nepotism Salaries getting delayed by several months and if you resign by your own will, forget about getting paid
