      Extremely Bad Experience with the Company

      Pros

      - Besides having immature wishes and unrealistic ideas , they still seem to be ambitious. - They offer work from home option

      Cons

      - The company has lack of focus (They do not know how to do implementations, they only do lip service) - They do not pay Salary on time (in fact they halt the payments later on) - There is no job security (They fire employees without any reason) - The employees work in isolation and don't know what the other person is doing - They ruin careers of the employees - A lot of employees left this company, there is high turnover

      No work life balance Frequent Late salary payments Highly unprofessional management with no necessary experience Friends and family running the company with no traceable professional history No job security , high turnover , no Senior resource from well known Employers in market No benefits Keeps you engaged frequently after working hours
