      Pros

      - It can be good for your resume because of the name of the company - If you’re a journalist this company is good for you. - Good projects - Flexible time - No time in and time out, they don’t track your work time as long as you finish the tasks - Nice Devices - Lots of Leaves, 33 to be exact. 15 sl, 15 vl, 3 emergency

      Cons

      - Lack of tech management - Lead don’t know how to talk and manage the team - They don’t trust internal developers - Micromanagement - Low salary and got lowballed by HR - No increase - Kinda toxic because of media - Small office/ambiance is really not good for devs - Office Politics

      - Experienced devs are not being appreciated 100% - They Invest to External devs instead of their own Internal - Low Salary - Toxic Environment
