      Noncompetitive wages, toxic work environment, and no room for growth.

      Good for Literacy and working with youth

      Pros

      Great training Great support Good set up (for pre-program launch) Good for people that love books, literacy and children.

      Cons

      Needs work on program launch if it's a new site or you're taking over for someone else Hours can be very inconsistent. Low pay (13-15 when you're only working 12-15 hours a wee)
