The leadership promotes micro management and does not like when individuals take their own decisions without runnings things past them. They have never realised to date how they are the bottle neck for everything getting delayed. No clear vision on the team overall, the whole team has been laid off this year as well. There’s a new leadership member who is so full of themselves and does not realise their tactics are just making the team drift away. Their own team in Bangalore has been talking behind their back, and their influence is mostly negative.
