      - Cakes almost every month - Personable and go-getter CEO - Friendly staff - Free courses to grow in your career - Good vacation package

      Cons

      - Low pay - Most staff openly complain about their jobs - Seniors lack leadership and effective management - No bonuses (targets never met)

      Pros

      -The people are great -Free snacks

      Cons

      -High Expectations from CEO (especially when you are sick) -You are expected to work the same hours as the CEO but have no equity in the company. CEO wants to keep all the profits, doesn't care about employees -I would recommend you do a full review of the company before you join. They could potentially lay you off as soon as possible. -They made false promises at the interview and never held it.

      no transparency, low salary, unhappy employees, no perks, no opportunity for advancement, no raises given, high expectations from CEO, no gratitude
