- poor & bad management - Too much workload (without any resource planning they will assign multiple task in a day and each employee is assign atleast 3 projects) - lower compensation - too much politics - poor work culture name sake European company - no proper resource planning - Deduct money from end of service in the name of trainings(which are not for personal growth) - No employee works here for more than 6 months due to toxic work culture

1. Poor management 2 No focus on retaining people 3. They grab any random projects just to keep cashflow 4. No resource forecast capability. They lost a project, terminated people and within 2 weeks management started crying for lack of resources. 5. Management treats you like a use and throw resource. 6.
